Privacy policy
Last updated September 28, 2026
This policy explains what Fortierra, LLC collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers fortierrallc.com and the pages for Fortierra Holdings, Fortierra Development, and Fortierra Commercial.
Who we are
Fortierra, LLC, 1204 W 7th St, Suite 100, Fort Worth, TX 76102. You can reach us at kirk@fortierrallc.com or 817-904-5592.
What you give us
When you use the contact form, we receive the topic you choose, your name, your email address, your phone number and company if you add them, and your message. Netlify also records your IP address, browser type, and the page you sent it from with each submission. When you book a call, we receive the details you enter in the calendar.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of each request. We use Fathom Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read, and count how often the contact form is sent and the investor calendar is opened. Fathom does not use cookies and does not store information that identifies you. It reports totals only.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. It has no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, and no embedded maps or videos that report back to other companies. The investor scheduling calendar described below is the only outside service that can set cookies, and only after you open it.
Scheduling a call
Investors can book a discovery call through a calendar provided by LeadConnector, the scheduling service of HighLevel. The calendar loads only when you open it. When it loads, LeadConnector receives your IP address and browser details, and it sets its own cookies and browser storage for security and analytics. If you book a call, LeadConnector receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and phone number, and passes them to us so we can hold the call. LeadConnector's own privacy policy governs how it handles that information.
How we use your information
We use what you send to answer your request, to talk with you about it, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use the analytics totals to understand which pages are useful. We do not use your information for any other purpose without telling you first.
Phone calls and texts
If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. We never sell your phone number or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run this site and handle your message:
- Netlify hosts the website, processes contact form submissions, and screens them for spam through Akismet.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, where form messages are delivered.
- Fathom Analytics provides the visit totals described above.
- LeadConnector (HighLevel) provides the investor scheduling calendar.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
Email kirk@fortierrallc.com to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. We will honor the privacy rights your state gives you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to form messages is limited to the people who respond to them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information through the form.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
Some links, such as the Texas Real Estate Commission notices, LinkedIn, and Google Maps, take you to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
